My writings touch upon my everyday life. They address what is coming up for me now as I take the time to be aware of and curious about what I am experiencing in my life. They include my openness to noticing and acknowledging the synchronicities, messages and meanings occurring all around me. They acknowledge the interconnectedness that I feel and see to all around me. They may touch upon meaningful events and reflections from my past that are still impactful.
